Structural Design and Manufacturing Process of Lamp Shells

Category:

The stamping process utilizes a cylindrical-coordinate hydraulic manipulator equipped with a Φ32mm gripping hydraulic cylinder and a 900mm lifting stroke, enabling a loading/unloading frequency of 6 cycles per minute. Meanwhile, the laser processing equipment employs a 1064nm wavelength laser beam to create permanent markings up to 0.1–0.3mm deep on the lamp housing surface, supporting the engraving of anti-counterfeiting information such as QR codes and serial numbers.
The sealing process utilizes the Shenlong ST-DJ247 dispensing machine, employing a two-component epoxy resin adhesive to create a 0.2mm-wide sealant bead, with curing time controlled within 30 minutes. 3D modeling requires performing boundary blending and thickening operations in Pro/E software, and a typical design includes a 7mm mounting hole along with an R5 fillet transition structure.
